Seminars

We hebben ons ingeschreven voor erg leuke en leerzame seminars.

The 'Design Salon' sessions are planned to increase interactive dialogue between the speakers and the audience and to strengthen interflow between different design disciplines. Design does not have to be so grave or tiresome, or taught in a seminar-like fashion. This is a parallel session organised without 'an air of stuffiness’, but in a more casual and comfortable way. In these sessions, outstanding designers from all over the world will gather together to arrange the sessions in their own styles, and to share their design ideologies with the audience. The trend towards interdisciplinary design will be widely discussed, and through these discussions and dialogues, the bridges between participants from multiple fields will be built.

Young Designers Sharing
The 'Young Designers Sharing' sessions will be presented by 30 teams from the 'Young Designers Workshop (YDW)'. The guest lecturer and members of each team will present their results from the workshop. The sessions will provide an exceptional opportunity for next generation designers to grow and build social connections.
• Topic
The topics for the 'Young Designers Sharing' sessions will be based on the integration of culture, technology and environmental sustainability. Based on these three categories, each team will develop a unique and absorbing workshop theme or issue, such as Taiwanese fashion night market, green design, cultural branding or constructing the ideal living place for senior citizens 50 years from now. After a 'brainstorming' process, the theme and design results will be presented to the audience
